  • It makes me sad to think about the life I use to live before my diagnosis?
  • How can I be a caregiver when I need a caregiver myself?
  • I feel so guilty for having to cancel my plans again.
  • We dreamed of life being so different, and now I stay home because of my symptoms.

Here’s How Mourning the Pain Helps You Find Joy in Your Journey

I’m here to help you find easy ways to manage your symptoms.

By looking at the physical, emotional and spiritual balance that effect how you deal with the symptoms surrounding your diagnosis, we find easier ways to manage the pain. In looking at the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects, you find solutions that help you find your own journey to joy.

I am here to help you dispel any perceptions that friends and family have regarding your life with chronic illness.

Focusing on facts vs. fiction about the reality of life with chronic illness helps you to dispel any perception. We will work toward finding alternative solutions to the “what I thought my life would look like” vs. the reality of chronic illness. We will overcome fears that you have of the unknown with your diagnosis.

I’m here to help overcome struggles

Life with chronic illness has unique challenges and concerns. We will look at ways to navigate these obstacles and overcome them.

My name is Sallie Belle. A good Southern girl with a double name. As a matter of fact, I come from a line of double names, great-grandmother to my first daughter, we all sport two names for identification purposes. My Daddy would correct strangers and now my husband does the same all in the name of honoring my great-grandmothers legacy.

This is the best fact that I am married to one heck of a man. God knocked it out of the park when He created Philip, and then He blessed my socks off by placing Him right in front of me. We have four precious children and currently two amazing sons-in-law.

The latest joy in my life in our grandson. He has been on this earth for a year now, and we are all smitten. It is very true that we should have had grandchildren first. Not to mention, they are so much more fun!

You have seen me talk about God here.

He is my first love. And I get to live this life because He died and rose again for me (and you). Daily I am pursuing a relationship with Him.
